11-16-11: Club Wino No. 5 — Chef Raul Rules

Join winemaker Paul Bonacquisti and Executive Sommelier Jacob Harkins of Local Winos Media in a taste of the harvest at Spuntino. To celebrate grape picking time, we're picking wines that come from winemakers who pull double duty as vineyard managers. Chef Raul Salazar, who comes to Denver via Aria in Vegas, will match the food.
