Cocktail Starter: Red Lotus Spritz made with Dry Sparkling Riesling

Course 1: Appetizer: Burrata with Basil Pesto and Toasted Sourdough, paired with a refreshing Rosé of Sangiovese.

Course 2: Salad: Roasted Root Vegetable Salad with Baby Arugula and Baby Kale, paired with a quintessential Sangiovese.

Course 3: Main Course: Butternut Squash Ravioli in a citrus sage cream sauce, paired with a soulful Cabernet Franc.

Course 4: Dessert: Dark Chocolate Tiramisu, paired with a rich Petite Syrah.
