Mourvèdre is one of those Rhone Valley grapes that shines bright in Colorado. We just wished there was more planted. This is a non-vintage dated wine because it has 2018 Mourvèdre blended with 15% 2019 Syrah. Medium bodied with cherry, blackberry, herbs and baking spice.

The aroma offers black cherry and black plum with light hints of thyme. Juicy cranberry and cherry open the palate, leaning slightly overripe. The acidity is tangy, reminiscent of plum skin with a gentle grip of tannins. FIONA ADAMS
