Fall Warming Soup: Paired with Vino Tinto - Spanish Red Wine
Roasted cauliflower and carrots, roasted with garlic oil and served with Parmesan crisps with sage derby.
Salad: Paired with Bell Risa - Un-Oaked Chardonnay
Fresh spiraled cucumber on endive. Served with pickled radishes, daikons and avocado.
Entree: Paired with 2016 Cabernet Franc
Grilled marinated skirt steak sliced on a farmers vegetable medley topped with candied jalapeno chimichurri.
Dessert: Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrah
Grain Harvested bread pudding. An array of different breads with white chocolate, sprinkled fresh strawberries topped with a rick chocolate toffee sauce. Served with a dollop of rum ice cream.
