Here is the menu and wine pairings:
Course 1 - Old Vine Zinfandel with stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers, mixed cheeses, bread, gf crackers, and basil pesto
Course 2 - Rose' of Sangiovese with caesar salad with arugula, ciabatta croutons, tomatoes, pecorino
Course 3 - Malbec with butternut squash soup, micro arugula, crispy pancetta
Course 4 - Reserve Merlot with spaghetti with meatball | red sauce, ricotta salata, parsley
Course 5 - Port Style Grenache with tiramisu | marscarpone, lady fingers
