Join us for a Valentines Barrel dinner featuring the fresh, seasonal creations of DiFranco's Denver. Four courses paired with four wines, including barrel tasting, from Bonacquisti Wine Company.
Here is the menu and wine pairings:
Course 1 - Rose' of Sangiovese paired with antipasti | meats, cheeses, ciabatta, basil pesto, burrata, pepperoncini, olives
Course 2 - Bourbon Barrel Gewurztraminer with kale caesar | romaine, ciabatta croutons, pecorino, tomatoes
Course 3 - Merlot (barrel) paired with fresh spaghetti | red sauce, fresh basil, ricotta salata, meatball
Course 4 - Port Style Grenache with tiramisu | marscarpone, lady fingers
