Spend an evening taking the kind of class you wish you would have in college while donating to a wonderful cause.
Ever wonder what wine legs are? What makes a wine dry? How we make wine at I-70 and Pecos? Our class is the perfect opportunity to have all your wine questions answered and taste the wine we make.
Complete with 50mL samples of five wines, our Winemaker and Executive Sommelier Paul Bonacquisti virtually tours you through the process of crushing, fermenting, bottling, and of course, tasting.
Homework is optional but highly recommended.
Proceeds will be sent to Huntington's Disease Society of America. HDSA is a national, voluntary health organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with Huntington's Disease and their families. The Rocky Mountain Chapter of HDSA provides community services and education to the HD communities in Colorado and Wyoming and supports research efforts to improve the lives of those living with HD nationwide.
The Class will take place on April 22, 2021, at 6 pm. We will send you a link to log in to the class once you have registered.
