Our next class is THIS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 11th at Noon
Bring a friend, or make new ones when you join winemaker Paul Bonacquisti along with other wine lovers as you're guided through a hands-on, interactive, 90 minute class set amongst the tanks and barrels of our bustling winery.
You'll discover the art of winemaking -- from crushing and fermenting to bottling, and, of course, the best part – TASTING!
Expect generous pours while gaining a deeper understanding of five exquisite wines, along with a special barrel sample (YES! Wine right out of the barrel!). You'll also savor the flavors of carefully chosen Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, complemented by delicious nuts, olives, and breads. After class, enjoy additional complimentary tastings at the counter to further expand your palate, and chat with us!
