You'll discover the art of winemaking -- from crushing and fermenting to bottling, and, of course, the best part – TASTING!

Expect generous pours while gaining a deeper understanding of five exquisite wines and a special barrel sample -- YES! Wine right out of the barrel! -- You'll also savor the flavors of carefully chosen Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, complemented by delicious nuts, olives, and breads.
