Since it is the Release Party, we suggest our White Merlot. White Merlot is one of the few wines that we opened with five years ago, and has become one of our most requested the minute it runs out. Beautifully festive with its coloring, this is a bold and spicy dark-style rose. Our Winemaker and Executive Sommelier Paul Bonacquisti will be on hand to answer all your wine questions and can suggest wines for holiday food pairings and recommend gifts for those with various palates.

Chocolate Lab Denver will be on site with their one of a kind creation, White Merlot Truffle.
