ANOTHER ROUND PLEASE This wine has a black cherry, brown sugar flavor that gets better with every sip. It is dry and rich with a darker garnet color. This wine is right up there with last year’s vintage that won the Governor’s Cup.
First impression is pleasant, warm, Summery. The nose leads with ripe tropical fruit, preserved pineapple, yielding to ripe Bartlett pear and yellow apple. Has a long finish with persistence of peach skin. Is quite expressive, even when cold, making it very refreshing on a warm day with plenty of sunshine.
