Winemaker, Paul Bonacquisti, leads this fun and informative class among the tanks and barrels in our working winery.
You'll tour the process of crushing, fermenting, bottling, and of course, tasting. Expect generous pours and formal understanding of five wines and a barrel sample, while nibbling on select Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, tasty nuts, olives and breads.
