Wine Classes are Back!
Spend an afternoon taking the kind of class you wish you had in college, with your instructor, winemaker Paul Bonacquisti!
This Introductory Wine Class takes place among the tanks and barrels in our working winery.
You'll tour -- and learn -- the process of crushing, fermenting, bottling, and of course, tasting.
Expect generous pours and formal understanding of five wines and a barrel sample, while nibbling on select Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, tasty nuts, olives and breads.
Additional complimentary tastings will be available at the counter following the class.
