Our 2023 Colorado Sangiovese, sourced from a small grower on 34 Road in Palisade, is a wine we've been carefully cultivating since 2016. After years of blending, 2022 marked the first varietal Sangiovese release, and we're excited to bring you another fantastic vintage in 2023, thanks to the perfect ripeness achieved.
This wine bursts with classic Sangiovese notes—tart cherry, toasty vanilla from French oak, and a hint of spice. It’s a juicy, lip-smacking red that pairs beautifully with tomato-based dishes, stews, and pizza. Perfect for fall, it’s a versatile and flavorful wine that’s sure to leave you wanting more. Cheers!
