Spend an afternoon taking the kind of class you wish you would have in college.
The class takes place among the tanks and barrels in our working winery where you will tour the process of crushing, fermenting, bottling, and of course, tasting. Expect generous pours and formal understanding of five wines and a barrel sample, while nibbling on select Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, tasty nuts, olives and breads. Additional complimentary tastings will be available at the counter following the class. Homework is optional, but highly recommended.
