Spring Barrel Tasting Party

The Spring Barrel Tasting is Back! And now, expanded and demanded.
Join us for this once a year event where we swirl and sip the wine aging in our barrels and tanks. Be the first to experience these wines:

2007 Merlot, Alexander Valley
2008 Syrah
2008 Cabernet Franc
2008 Sangiovese
2008 Sauvignon Blanc

Join us Thursday May 21 from 5:30pm to 9pm or Friday May 22 from 5:30pm to 9pm. The cost is $25 per person, tax inlcuded.

Heavy appetizers will be prepared by Chef Paul including his incredible smoked salmon, pork tenderloin and roast beef. This event will sell out quickly, so reserve your spot today. As always, wine will be sold by the glass, and bottles will be available to go. 4640 Pecos Unit I (just south of I-70 on Pecos).
