Join us for a barrel tasting dinner featuring the fresh, seasonal creations of Ryan DiFranco of DiFranco's Denver. Four courses paired with the wines aging in the barrels and tanks at Bonacquisti Wine Co. Here's what to expect:
Antipasti with Sunnyside Red, (unbottled from the tank).
Caesar arugula salad - 2015 Cabernet Franc. (unbottled from the tank).
Fresh spaghetti with meatball - 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Colorado, from the barrel.
Berry tart with a black pepper cream with 2015 Syrah, American, from the bottle.
