May 28th and 30th - Spring Barrel Tasting with DiFranco's

It's always fun to sample wine. It's even better when you sample straight from the barrel.

Join us for a barrel tasting dinner featuring the fresh, seasonal creations of Ryan DiFranco of DiFranco's Denver. Four courses paired with the wines aging in the barrels and tanks at Bonacquisti Wine Co. Here's what to expect:

Antipasti with Bella Risa, a blend of Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. (unbottled from the tank)
Roasted beet and kale salad -  Sunnyside Red - Barbera-Zinfadel blend (unbottled from the tank).
Penne with prosciutto vodka sauce - 2014 Montepulciano, New Mexico, from the barrel.
Flourless chocolate cake with fresh berries - 2014 Port styled Grenache, New Mexico from the barrel.

When: Thursday, May 28th or Saturday May 30th at 7p

Cost: $49 per person including tax and gratuity.
