This Saturday, April 29th, at 12pm, join winemaker Paul Bonacquisti to learn about wine -- at our working winery!

Paul leads this FAN FAVE class among the tanks and barrels inside our the winery. You'll tour the process of crushing, fermenting, bottling, and of course, tasting. Expect generous pours, an fun-yet-informative understanding of five wines, plus and a barrel sample (yes - a taste right out the wine barrel)!
You'll also enjoy nibbling on select Colorado charcuterie and cheeses, tasty nuts, olives and breads. Additional complimentary tastings will be available at the counter following the class, so you can put your knowledge to the test.
